Shipping Policy

At PRECIS Billiards, we aim to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

1. Shipping coverage

We offer nationwide shipping within Vietnam.
For international orders, please contact us in advance so we can confirm availability and the related shipping cost.

2. Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.

Processing time may be longer in the following cases:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays
  • High order volume during promotional periods
  • Additional time needed to verify product availability or order information

3. Estimated delivery time

Delivery time depends on the destination area and the shipping provider.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Inner-city / central areas: around 1–3 business days
  • Other provinces and cities: around 3–5 business days
  • Remote areas: delivery may take longer depending on the shipping carrier

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping fees will be shown at checkout or informed to the customer before the order is confirmed.

We may apply:

  • A flat shipping fee
  • Shipping fees based on destination
  • Free shipping promotions for eligible orders or campaigns

5. Order confirmation and tracking

After an order is confirmed, customers may receive updates regarding order status via email, phone, Zalo, or other contact channels provided during checkout.

In some cases, we may contact the customer again to verify order details before shipment.

6. Delayed delivery

Delivery may take longer than expected due to reasons such as:

  • Bad weather
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete recipient information
  • Hard-to-reach delivery areas
  • Holidays, peak seasons, or unusually high shipping volume

We will do our best to assist customers in checking and following up on shipment status when needed.

7. Checking the package upon delivery

Customers are encouraged to check the outer condition of the package upon receipt.

If you notice any of the following issues:

  • The package is dented, torn, or appears opened
  • The product inside is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered or items are missing

please:

  • take photos or record an unboxing video
  • contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package

This information helps us support you more quickly and accurately.

8. Shipping responsibility

We are responsible for preparing the order and handing it over correctly to the shipping provider.

Once the order has been transferred to the carrier, the actual delivery schedule depends on the carrier’s operation. However, we will still assist customers in checking shipment status when necessary.

9. Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including:

  • Recipient name
  • Phone number
  • Full shipping address

We are not responsible for failed delivery, delays, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
